Finnish Food Administration requires a valid hygiene passport for all employees, who handle unpacked perishable food such as milk, meat, and fish. This app teaches you all the information needed to pass the exam in an easy to read and understand format.
Once you have passed the exam, you can always return to the app and check any information, since it travels with you in your phone.
This version of the app provides material in English and Finnish. There is another app, Hygis, which has Finnish language only and comes with slightly lower price.
The app also contains an exam where you can test your skills.
